At Textures Towel Co, each towel is designed with intention and crafted for professional performance. Every order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
Due to the nature of our product and the hygiene standards required in salon environments, we do not accept returns or exchanges on towels.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery to your@email.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll be happy to make it right.

- Items must be unused and in original packaging for any resolution to be considered.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns on approved exchanges or replacements.
