Textures Towel Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows your order as DELIVERED but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Processing & Delivery Times
📦 Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
🇺🇸 United States Standard flat-rate shipping based on order weight. Free shipping on orders over $250.
🇨🇦 Canada We ship to Canada! Flat-rate shipping based on order weight. Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate at checkout.

📍 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost once the items are received back.
